Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the purchase of tree care services for the maintenance unit of the city of Vantaa.

Work sites are located in different parts of Vantaa, street green areas, parks, property yards, recreational areas, etc. on land owned by the city.

The maintenance unit of the city of Vantaa requests tafrom rjous tree care services, which include tree care cuts from the ground, by climbing or with the help of a lifting basket/rover, felling of individual trees by climbing and tree condition assessments. In addition, an offer is requested for the removal of the material accumulated during the work with the equipment of the grappleOutside with a truck and chipping the accumulated material with a wood chipper.

The trees that are the object of the measures are from about three (3) meters to about 25 meters in height. The work is done as invoicing work based on hourly billing, unless otherwise stated. The works to be ordered are sometimes small and shortearly works, the amount of which is not known in advance. The aim is to include at least two people's three-day workload (3 x 16h) in each treatment surgery order. In other tasks, the amount of work per order may be shorter. For maintenance cutting orders of more than 50 trees, the supplier must provide a catchmaking a cost estimate.

On the basis of this tender, all industries of the city of Vantaa can make purchases.
