The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025), 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026) and 2027 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2027) or multi-year budget/project, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION PESOS (PHP450, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Procurement of the Transaction Advisory Services for the Agus-Pulangi Hydro Electric Power Plants (Agus-Pulangi HEPPs) Rehabilitation and Asset Management Plan. In case of participation by a foreign bidder, the bid amount shall be in Philippine currency. Bids received in foreign currency and/or in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
