INVITATION FOR TENDERS SINGLE

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

Additional financing information:
The Client now invites tenders for the following contract(s), hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”, to be funded from part of the above proceeds:

Lot No. 1 Special hoist cargo vehicles
Lot No. 2 Cargo-passenger cars

Tenders are invited for one or two lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders.

The price of the Goods to be supplied shall be quoted on the basis of DDP (Balti, Final Place of Destination) without customs duties and VAT. Delivery schedule is 12 weeks after the day of Supplier-s receipt of the advance payment.


2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The documentation will include such information as: detailed technical and financial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome; eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; planned contract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.

This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). 3. Other Information
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security for Lot 1 - 3, 000 (three thousand) EUR; Lot 2 - 1, 000 (one thousand) EUR, or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. If a tender is submitted for both lots, the tender security is summarised.. The original of the duly completed and signed Tender Security shall be received by the Client not later than 3 calendar days following the above mentioned closing date for submission of the tenders.
