Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1, 000 HEADS GROWER PIGS
1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 (continuing appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php20, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 1, 000 heads Grower Pigs/IB No. 2026-058 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 1, 000 heads Grower Pigs with the following specifications:
1, 000 heads Grower Pigs, female or castrated male
• F1 (Crossbred from any Parent Stock Swine Breeds: Large White, Landrace, Duroc, Pietrain) with eartag number
• Not less than 40 kg in body weight
• Not less than 90 days old
• Good physical condition with no physical defects and abnormalities
• Vaccinated against Hog Cholera and dewormed 2 weeks prior to delivery...
