Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Bidder must have a valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with Bin certificate, and Tin certificate with Tax update.2. Bidder must have general experience in the supply of Agricultural goods as a supplier at least for 5 (Five) years.3. Bidder must have specific experience certificate (Work completion certificate) of supply Sunflower Seed Shelling Machine in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organization or Institutes of at least 1 Contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 40, 000, 00/- (Forty Lac) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).4. Bidder must have supplier ISO 9001:2015 Certificate5. Bidder Must have updated IRC Certificate6. Bidder Must be a Manufacturer and a member of the Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer Association of Bangladesh.7. Bidder must have a certificate of incorporation.8. Updated Bank Solvency (After Tender Published Date).9. Bidder must have availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of Tk. 60, 00, 000/- (Sixty Lac).10. Bidder Must have own service points in at least 64 districts in Bangladesh.
