The Municipality of Badoc through the 70% OF 5% MDRRM FUND (TOBBACO EXCISE TAX) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (5, 975, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Procurement of Soil Conditioner, Plant Supplement, and organic foliar liquid fertilizer for distribution to all tobacco farmers of the Municipality.” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
