Procurement of software and systems for radiotherapy planning and quality control Procurement of software and systems for radiotherapy planning and quality control Looking for a radiotherapy planning system that supports advanced automated fabrication methods radiotherapy plans for IMRT, VMAT, SBRT and SRS/SRT techniques, with the possibility of using algorithms based on artificial intelligence, machine learning, knowledge-based planning approach or other advanced methods of plan optimization. The system should enable standardized, efficient and reproducible creation of radiotherapy plans with a high level of quality and clinical safety. Functional system requirements The system should enable: • Automated creation of IMRT, VMAT, SBRT and SRS/SRT plans radiation. • Prediction of dose-volume parameters (DVH) or dose distribution based on pre-approved plans and patient anatomical characteristics. • Automatic generation of optimization goals and priorities for planning. •Use previously developed or user-defined models for automatic generation of optimization goals, planning priorities and standardized production of radiation plans. •Evaluation of trade-offs between target volume coverage and organ sparing, including the possibility of iterative optimization of the plan in order to achieve the lowest possible dose to the organs at risk, while preserving the prescribed criteria for coverage of the target volume •Manual delineation or automatic segmentation of organs from risk and possible...
