The procurement covers the supply and delivery of safety and energy resilience equipment for journalist networks in Ukraine, divided into two lots:Lot 1 - Energy Equipment: 40 portable power stations, 50 power banks, 20 USB Type-C power adapters, 10 vehicle jump starters, 10 portable solar panel sets, 2 rechargeable LiFePO4 battery modules, 1 three-phase hybrid inverter, 1 single-phase hybrid inverter, 2 wireless three-phase CT meters and 2 automatic transfer switch sets.Lot 2 - Safety Equipment: 15 three-band portable passive UAV detection devices, 10 two-band portable passive UAV detection devices, 10 four-band portable passive UAV detection devices, 65 individual first aid kits, 200 combat application tourniquets, 50 emergency compression bandages, 20 sets of female-fit body armour and 10 ballistic combat helmets.Bidders may submit bids for one or both lots. However, bids must cover all items and quantities within each selected lot; partial bids within a lot are not permitted.
