The purpose of this information request is to obtain background information for a possible later purchase and tender. The request for information examines the readiness of the suppliers to implement an information system for management with information, of which the project management information system of the Finnish Environment Agency (Syke) will be the first step. into operation and provides maintenance service after commissioning as a service. In the same context, it will be mapped out how the knowledge-based management complex of all identified needs could be implemented at the same time. The goal of the request for information is •to start a dialogue between the players on the market with• find out the interest and ability of potential suppliers to implement the solution of information management as a whole and project management information system • map out different implementation options and operating models with which the solution could be implemented • collect information for procurement for planning and cost level evaluation.•evaluate whether a solution can be found in the same context that would meet several of Syke's development wishes at once.
