The Oulu Tilapalvelut business facility, henceforth in this call for tenders also the "Customer", requests a bid for property management in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. The agreement is valid from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The agreement is valid for the above date for a fixed period, after which the contract can be extended with option periods from 1.1.2029 to 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 to 31.12.2030. The objects offered are listed under sub-area 1, sub-area 2 and sub-area 3. More detailed destination information and service descriptions can be found from the tender request attachments. The offers are entered by item in the attached excel offer form for the price factors below: - Property management - Winter and summer maintenance of outdoor areas - Energy management - Technical maintenance - To the area separate unit prices The total annual price of the area can be found out on the offer form, and the numerical value of the area is entered under "object of acquisition criteria" in the area corresponding to it. The Excel offer form is attached to the offer filled. One provider per sub-region with the lowest overall economic price will be selected as the service provider. It is not necessary to offer all sub-areas and you can offer for all sub-areas. One and the same service provider can win all areas. If necessary, the customer can request a report consultation before the procurement decision. The customer has the right to add or remove items during the contract period, and the removed items will be subject to the price levels in accordance with the given offers.
