Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Priniting Services - Compact Completion Report.

The quotation shall be delivered by the deadline indicated in Section 5, above, to the
address indicated in Section 3. The quotation must be one original and three copies duly
signed by an authorized representative of the Supplier. Electronic submissions shall be
rejected.
7. Clarification questions must be submitted by e-mail to the addresses below, by September
7, 2018 and responses will be issued no later than September 10, 2018:

8. The envelope containing your quotation must be clearly marked: “Quotation
Procurement of Printing Services - Compact Completion Report” If the name and
reference is not mentioned, the Purchaser will not be responsible for any premature opening
or late opening or non-acceptance of the quotation due to late recognition of the quotation.
9. The Supplier needs to submit proof of authorization (Power of Attorney) of the person
signing the quotation on their behalf.
10. Your quotation must be submitted as per the following instructions and in accordance with
the sample contract included as Annex 4 to this ITQ. The contract terms and conditions are
not negotiable and shall be fully accepted by the Supplier.
