Tender Details

Pecsi Sport Nonprofit Kft., ordering passenger transport services related to the transport of the supply teams to the competition, as follows:

- on an annual basis approx. 250 roads, which represent approximately 80, 000 km, primarily domestic, occasionally international competitions are also possibleek, 90% of the trips are made up of the divisions involved in the TAO (water polo, handball, ice hockey, football). - ordering the service can only be planned in the short term, in some cases this can only be determined 1-2 days in advance - seven sportscompetitions will be held according to the competition notices of the association (athletics, ice hockey, handball, swimming, water polo, gymnastics, football, dance sports, synchronized swimming, triathlon) and student sports

and other sports schools, and the service will be used accordingly,

- in the case of team sports, the competitionperiod lasts from January to June and from September to December, - in the case of individual sports, the competition period lasts from January to December, - where appropriate, several buses are needed in one weekend.In this case, it is the responsibility of the contractor to provide a bus with the required quantity and appropriate level of comfort. - Small (8, 17-20) and large (21-51 people, in some cases 63 people) buses will be ordered according to demand. - The service depends on the distance and depending on the request of the Bidder, different comforts...
