INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) UNITS BONGO FOR RESCUE VEHICLES OF LDRRMO, SIAY, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY
1. The Local Government Unit of Siay, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 730, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Two (2) units Bongo Rescue Vehicles for the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Managament Office, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Siay now invites bids for the procurement of Two (2) units Bongo Rescue Vehicles for the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Managament Office, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) days. Bidders should have completed, within five years minimum of two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
