Title: Procurement of Computer Hardware Equipment 1. The Commonwealth of Dominica has received a loan No TF016912 from the World Bank toward the costof the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience/Disaster Vulnerability Reduction Project (DVRP)and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward paymentsunder the contract[1]the purchase of Computer HardwareEquipment. 1. The Ministry of Health and Environment now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Computers Hardware, Laptops, Printers and ComputerNetwork Switches:Lot #1: ComputerEquipment, laptops, workstation, printers Lot#2.: Rugged computer devices for datacollectionLot#3: Wide Format scanners for map digitization and wide format printersLot#4: Computer network switchesThis bid is conducted on lots basis. Bidders may bid for one and more lots asdefined in the bidding documents. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will beallowed to do so, provided that the discounts are forthe entire lot/s and included in the Form of Bid or submitted in writingbefore the deadline for bid submission. All bids and offers of discounts shall be opened and evaluated simultaneously so as todeterminethe bid or combination of bids, including discounts, offering the lowest evaluated bid/s for the Purchaser.
The Purchaserwill award the contract/s to the lowest evaluated bidder/s for lot/s or each lot determined on the basis of the lowest evaluatedcombined cost for the Purchaser for the entire package and who meet all post qualification criteria for the lot/s for which theyare bidding 3.
