Tender Details

Prospective caterers shall bid for the supply and delivery of the following during PMS Christmas Celebration on 18 December 2015:
1) Buffet Dinner. Good for 450 people :

a. Rice

b. Appetizer (soup)

c. Main dish 1 (beef or pork)

d. Main dish 2 (chicken or fish)

e. Side dish (vegetables)

f. Dessert (preferably sweets)

g. Bottled/canned drinks
2) Provision of one (1) set of white chocolate fondue (complete with dippers).

3) Provision of at least ten (10) well-trained food attendants, who should be in proper uniform.

4) Provision of four (4) buffet tables, with complete set of dinnerware, flatware, glassware and all necessary dining materials good for 450 people.

5) Provision of 200 chairs and seven 10-seater tables with presentable table cloth. It shall also provide linens for the existing 10 tables and 250 chairs of the PMS.
