Eligibility of Tenderer : Will have latest documents related to1. Update and Valid Trade license;2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate;3. TIN Certificate with Update Tax Payer Certificate;4. General experience of Supply (According to TDS);5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply (According to TDS), 5. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities (use CPTU prescribed format) and7. Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate.8. Those who have previously worked in the Simulation Laboratory at ME&HMD, Supply and Installation of Medical Equipment, Supply and Installation of MSR under 4th HPNSP, they are requested to submit Contact completion certificate. Otherwise, they will be considered as non-responsive. Hiding of any previous works experience regarding above mentioned issues will be also considered as non-responsive.9. Tenderer should have rating certificate.10. Tenderer should have the audited report with DVC for the last three years.11. Responsive tenderer must supply the required furniture for installation the simulation lab.12. Responsive tenderer will provide training form the manufacturer company expert trainer.
