1) The Provincial Government Unit of Kalinga, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-025 covering 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (PHP 4, 998, 620.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for The Procurement of Drugs and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government Unit of Kalinga now invites bids for Procurement of Medical and Laboratory Supplies using the Competitive Bidding.
