The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the Mayor under Repair and Maintenance-Infrastructure Assets Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 100, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR OF LAMITAN PORT TERMINAL ROOF PHASE-1, LAMITAN CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the Mayor under Repair and Maintenance-Infrastructure Assets Fund 2025 intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
