Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF DECORATIVE ORNAMENTS DURING YEAR-END FESTIVAL
1. The Municipality of Sta. Maria, Pangasinan through the Supplemental Budget (SB) #2 - Special Purpose Appropriations (SPA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (₱2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials and Supplies for the Installation of Decorative Ornaments during Year-end Festival PIN: G-2023-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sta. Maria, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by ten (10) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
