Tenders are invited for Procurement of IT Equipment.


1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue no. February 5, 2009. Montenegro has received a Loan in the amount of 3, 000, 000EUR from the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development grant in the amount of EUR 4, 723, 806EUR from European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Trust Fund, through Additional Financing of Institutional Development and Agriculture Strengthening Project, where International Bank of Reconstruction and Development acting as administrator of the grant funds, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the Contract for Procurement of IT equipment for Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Advisory service, Agency for Food safety and Monteorganica Reference.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement Notebooks, PCs, All in One Desktops (Lot1); Multifunctional, Mobile, Network printers, and fats scanners (Lot2); SIM modems, External HDs, USB memory, Headset with microphone (Lot3).

3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures, specified in the World Bank-s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services Under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers" dated January 2011 (revised July 2014), (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank-s policy on conflict of interest.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Technical Service Unit, Mirko Lješevi?, Procurement officer, email: mirko.ljesevic@mif.gov.me, and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09, 00 hours until 14, 00 hours at the address given below.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested
eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon
payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100, 00EUR. The method of payment will be direct deposit
