Description : A. SCOPE OF WORKS:
The works covered under this project include:
1. Mobilization
2. Dismantling, repainting and repair of damaged main steel sliding doors and secondary screen sliding doors including roller guides with a provision of pedestrian door for every secondary screen sliding doors. (see drawing and plans)
3. The present orientation of the main door and secondary screen door should be interchanged.
4. Installation of aluminum expanded wire mesh with frame at secondary screen sliding doors.
5. Installation of aluminum expanded wire mesh with frame of the inner and outer side of steel louvers.
6. Installation of aluminum expanded wire mesh with frame at the ridge vent.
7. Replacement of skylight roofing (same corrugation as G.I. sheet roofing.
8. Replacement of damaged purlin and roof sheets at main roofing.
9. Replacement of damaged PVC downspouts at side and center gutters, canopies and main roofing with provision of PVC steel bracket and hangers.
