Description : A. SCOPE OF WORKS
The works covered under this project include:
1. Mobilization
2. Roofing works
a) Replacement of selective dilapidated rib type & skylight roofing
b) Replacement of ridge vents roofing from fiberglass to corrugated roofing
c) Installation of aluminum expanded wire mesh to the ridge vent
d) Repainting of roofing (use roof paint off-white color)
e) Replacement of roofing and c-purlins of the canopy to corrugated roofing(off- white) and repair of the down spout pvc pipe holder. Painting of c-purlins and down spout pvc pipe (use gray color)
f) Provision of canopy at the roller guide track.
3. Sliding door works
a) Repair of main and secondary screen doors and provision of pedestrian door at
the front and back sliding doors.
b) Conversion of roller guide from bottom part of the sliding door to the top of the sliding door.
c) Replacement of dilapidated screen wire mesh of the secondary screen door to aluminum expanded wire mesh.
d) Repainting of main door and secondary screen door (use Enamel Paint gray color)
