PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT SPARE PARTS FOR LGU-VEHICLE OF BATO, LEYTE

1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (GF-MOOE) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 403, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Heavy Equipment Spare parts for LGU-Vehicle of Bato, leyte (batgoods 2022-12-048). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 15 c.d.
