5. offer section: Sliced pork, beef, otherpurchase of meat products.

Purchase of food raw materials: Milk, milk products: 39 types of products in total.

The itemized list of the goods to be purchased, the complete breakdown by part and quantity and the minimum parameters of the product are contained in the detailed price table attached to the documentation. The draftt quantities were determined for 12 months. 321/2015. (X. 30.) In view of the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree (hereinafter: Cr.), the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that, if a clear and comprehensiblereference to a thing of make, origin, type, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation was made only in order to clearly define the nature of the object, and in addition to a designation, "or equivalent" is understood in all cases.

The tenderer calls the figyelmet, that in the event of an equivalent item being offered, the bidder must prove the equivalence in his offer.
