"Procurement of food raw materials in 4 parts for the benefit of the Oroshaz hospital" within the framework of the sales contract, in 4 partial bidding rounds. Pursuant to § 29, the Dr. Laszlo Elek Hospital and Dispensing Institute, Oroshaza, will carry out the public procurement procedure on behalf of the contracting authority.between ő and the winning tenderer(s) a fixed-term sales contract valid for 12 months is established.
