We are inviting all interested contractors/suppliers to submit their best quotation for the procurement of food catering services for the 99th Anniversary Celebration of NDC on March 12, 2018.
Requirements:
A. Food for 60 pax in Buffet Set-up:
1. Soup
2. Salad
3. Beef
4. Chicken
5. Fish
6. Vegetable
7. Pasta
8. Rice
9. Dessert (2 kinds)
10. Drinks (iced tea and soda, refillable)
B. Packed Lunch for 35 pax (Rice, Chicken, Fish, Vegetable, Dessert and Bottled Drink)
C. Amenities:
1. Floral centerpiece for each guest-s table
2. Buffet table with elegant skirting
3. Tables with floor length embroidered mantel or lace runner
4. Mono block chairs for all
5. Complete silver wares, glass wares and flatware
6. Roll-top chafing dishes
7. Waiters and food attendants in uniform
8. Ice for the drinks and purified drinking water
