Procurement of flags for burials of deceased Croatian veterans Supply and delivery of state flags of the Republic of Croatia for the purpose of holding burials with military honors. More details in the Technical Specifications document. Supply and delivery of national flags of the Republic of Croatia for the need to hold a burial with military honors. The appearance of the flag of the Republic of Croatia is defined by the Law on the Coat of Arms, Flag and Anthem of the Republic of Croatia and the Flag and Ribbon of the President of the Republic of Croatia ("Narodne novine", number: 55/90, 26/93, 29/94). If during validity of the framework agreement, the law and other regulations that prescribe the appearance of the flag of the Republic of Croatia are changed. The customer and the supplier will take into account the changed circumstances since the flags must comply with the positive regulations at the time delivery.
