Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Valid Trade License dealing with fire extinguisher OR Valid Retail License dealing with fire extinguisher. 2.Valid Tax Clearance Certificate. 3.Bidders should have a well-established and operational business establishement (shop), without which your bids will be deemed non-responsive. 4.Prices shall be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and GST 5.The bidder shall submit the required sample(s), if requested by the evalaution committee, within the date and time specified in the request. Failure to submit the sample(s) within the stipulated period shall render the bid non-responsive. 6.Wherever specified in the price schedule, submission of the relevant product brochure/catalogue is mandatory. Failure to submit the required brochure/catalogue for any item shall render the bid non-responsive for the particular item, and such not be considered for evaluation.
