Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF FARM MACHINERIES & EQUIPMENTS
1. The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office No. VIII, through the Special
Account - Locally Funded/ Grants Fund - Agrarian Reform Fund (ARF) intends to
apply the sum of Seven Million, Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos
(Php7, 360, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the Procurement of Farm
Machineries and Equipment's as follows:
Bids received in excess of the ABC per Lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office No. VIII now invites bids for the
above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed the delivery of goods, within
90 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the Procuring Entity as
stipulated in the BDS. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description
