Membership of the External Auditors Association.
Eligible to Audit public enterprise as per proclamation No 847/2014 G.C.
Auditor have capable to conduct audit as per IFRS.
Their experience in the same type work under consideration.
The extent of education & training of bidders, Legal documents.
Knowing & Experience of professional(auditors)to be assigned.
The way bidder express itself in its proposal (Audit programming, planning, methodology, timeframe etc)
Bids must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 1% of the total bid price in Ethiopian birr in the form of CPO and must be submitted to the above-mentioned Office.
Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Oromia Engineering Corporation, 3rd floor on or before October 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Bid shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM at ECO's Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.
