The prospective bidder shall provide:
• Server, storage, tape library, data cartridge, and other components that are fully compatible with the proposed enterprise backup solution.
• An enterprise-grade backup solution featuring automated disaster recovery coordination and a unified administrative console, among others
• Delivery, installation, and configuration of the proposed enterprise backup solution.
• Integration of proposed enterprise solution with IPOPHL systems.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training
• All required project documentation and deliverables, including but not limited to as-built designs, user manuals, hardware and software test results, warranty bonds and certificates, and training certifications.
• Technical support through onsite and remote troubleshooting, along with hardware replacement services throughout the duration of the warranty.
