4. BIDDERS MUST HAVE A LANDBANK ACCOUNT.
5. PHILGEPS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, MAYOR'S PERMIT AND BIR PERMIT (CTC) SHALL BE ATTACHED UPON SUBMISSION OF THE QUOTATION. (2 COPIES)
