The welfare area of Länsi-Uusimaa (later also the Client) requests offers for the purchase of a drug dispensing machine service. Acquired the largest user group of the services are elderly home care customers. The service can also be used by other customers of the West-Uusimaa welfare area who need support in medication treatment, such as customers of communal living. The task of the drug dispensing machines is to dispense the customer's medication doses in a timely manner. Services taken to the home are organized and produced in a resident- and customer-oriented and cost-effective manner. The procured service speeds up the delivery of medicines timely availability, drug safety is increased and the need for home visits related to drug treatment is reduced. The estimated value of the acquisition is 11.2 million euros (VAT 0%) for a calculated four years. The procurement is divided into two different areas:- Sub-area 1: Drug dispensing machine service for dispensing packaged medicine doses in mechanical dose distribution - Sub-area 2: Medicine dispensing machine service for dispensing divided medicine doses into medicine glasses or similar For both parts, select one service provider and one backup supplier. The contract is valid for an indefinite period.
