This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared on www.devbusiness.com issue No. IDB 646-5/14 of May 6, 2014.
The Republic of Suriname has received financing from the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) through the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the project Development of Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Electrification of Suriname, for Procurement of distribution and connection materials for Godoholo SU-G1001.
The Ministry of Natural Resources (Natuurlijke Hulpbronnen) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for distribution and connection materials for Godoholo.
This procurement process requires bidders to have a track record of similar deliveries within the past 3 years. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the Inter-American Development Bank`s Policies for Procurement of Works and Goods financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (GN2349-9), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the policies. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Ministry of Natural Resources at the address stated at the end of the document, during office hours (8:00 am to 2:00 pm) as arranged by email communication. A complete set of bidding document in English may be requested by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below.
The documents will be sent by electronic mail or may be picked up at the address indicated below.
All bids must be delivered to the address below by 11.00 am Local Time on Friday 10 of July 2020. They will be opened at 11:15 am Local time on Friday 10 of July 2020, in the presence of bidders` representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected.
