Description : Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (the 'Trust') is looking to procure a commercial Development Manager ('DM') to help secure a Planning Permission for St Mary's Campus.The existing St Mary's Hospital is one of the busiest hospitals in central London - one of four major trauma centres and a major medical teaching and research campus. A series of unsuccessful redevelopment attempts over the last 40 years have left the ageing estate in critical need of redevelopment.Situated immediately adjacent to Paddington Station, and extending to an area of approximately 8.6 acres (3.5ha), the Site is one of the largest and best-connected development opportunities in London.The Site will provide for a new state-of-the-art major trauma and acute teaching hospital.
