Procurement of design documentation with design supervision and execution of reconstruction works of earthquake-damaged buildings in Zagreb - Block Masarykova and Preradovićeva Street The subject of procurement is the preparation of project documentation with design supervision and execution of works reconstruction of 4 earthquake-damaged buildings in Zagreb - block of Masarykova and Preradovićeva streets, as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, the Program of Measures, the Law on Construction and related regulations governing reconstruction as well as regulations governing the performance of work and spatial planning and construction activities and any subsequent amendments and additions to those regulations. The scope of the contractor's activities includes design and design supervision 1. complete renovation of the building, execution of works 1. complete renovation of the building, 2. repair non-structural elements of the building, according to the "turnkey" accounting principle until full functionality according to the Law on Reconstruction, in accordance with Article 630 of the Law on Obligations (Official Gazette 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23). All subject buildings are located in the area of ​​the cultural property - Historic Urban Complex of the City of Zagreb, registered in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-1525. The buildings at the addresses Masarykova ulica 10 and Preradovićeva ulica 14 are also individually protected cultural assets and they renew with complete renovation, in accordance with point 6 of the Program of Measures and article 19 of the Law on Reconstruction.
