Description : 1) The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity”) has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from Government of the Philippines (GOP) Continuing Appropriation for Fiscal Year (F.Y. 2025) (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Consulting Services for the Conduct of Compensation Benchmarking and Salary Increase Study for the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) under Lot No. 2026-03. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Five Million Five Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos Only (PhP5, 594, 624.00), inclusive of all government taxes and other fees and charges, to eligible payments under the contract for Consulting Service for the Conduct of Compensation Benchmarking and Salary Increase Study for the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for which the Bidding Documents are issued.
