Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consultancy Services for a Grid Connection Affordability and Demand Assessment Study in Ethiopia

The consulting services ("the Services") deliverables would include:

design the household survey such as the customization of the questionnaire, the sampling strategy, the fieldwork plan, and the training plan and collection of the supply side data;
developing the sampling framework for the household surveys;
review of the methodologies for the affordability study; (iv) recruitment and training of enumerators;
implementation of the household survey and supporting the field team with full responsibility;
data cleaning, data analysis and submission of a grid connection affordability study report with recommendations and insights for potential revision of connection policy.
