Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers shall meet the qualification requirements as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). The key qualification criteria include, but are not limited to, the following:Submission of certified photocopies of an up-to-date or valid Trade License, and VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number.Submission of Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt for FY 2024-2025 or later.Submission of credit line facility/liquid assets certificate according to PPR format.
