FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF BIOMETRIC DATA CAPTURE SERVICES FOR POSTAL ID PROJECT (RE-BIDDING)
1) The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2026 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Five Million Four Hundred Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen Pesos (Php 155, 407, 918.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Biometric Data Capture Services for Postal ID Project (Re-bidding). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for Procurement of Biometric Data Capture Services for Postal ID Project (Re-bidding). Delivery of the Goods is required within One (1) year from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
