1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (PhP 6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-CS-2024-02-0687. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
