PhilRice Shall:
1. Provide the manufacturer with the detailed engineering drawings, project schedule, and all necessary information needed for manufacturing of hand tractor drawn MP Seeder; and
2. Regularly monitor and inspect the units produced by the manufacturer to ensure their quality performance.
Manufacturer Shall:
1. Fabricate hand tractor drawn MP Seeder according to engineering drawings and design specifications provided by PhilRice;
2. Allow PhilRice to inspect and test the hand tractor drawn MP Seeder at its shop with its provisions of testing material/area;
3. Take all necessary provisions to ensure safety in the fabrication and operation of the hand tractor drawn MP Seeder and shall not in any way blame PhilRice for whatever accidents that may happen while...
