1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through the HVCD Program Funds CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php3, 211, 250.00), for the contract of the Procurement of 45, 875 pieces Coffee Robusta Certified Seedlings (with tag). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
