North Central London CCG is seeking information only, from the marketplace, to inform its thinking on the options for the provision of a remote monitoring solution to residents. We intend to use the information provided to develop suitable specifications and service delivery options.North Central London CCG have been delivering a Care Providers Digital Maturity programme across all 5 boroughs over the few years, aiming to improve providers digital capability and maturity. As part of this NCL would like to pilot a remote monitoring tool within care homes focused on the prevention of falls.NCL is focused on reducing the number of falls our residents within care homes have and would like to use additional remote monitoring tools in combination with improved specialist input to do this. NCL will focus on providing holistic care to our residents and putting measures in place to reduce all risks to falling.The CCG wishes to learn from organisations active in the market and to test its current thinking against market expectations.
