Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : General Experience:1. The Tenderer must be a Bangladeshi organization.2. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services e.g. supplier ID Cards/UID Cards/National ID Card or printing and supplying of similar related goods and services as a registered legal company shall be 5(Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. Must have 03 (three) years- multiple practical experiences of supplying of similar Smart/Digital ID Cards/UID Cards or Similar Goods and Related Services printing and delivery services as a major or partner for Government, Autonomous body or Schedule Bank of Bangladesh.Specific Experience:1. Experience as Publisher printing & packaging of ID cards or any other printing or other cards and related delivery services with minimum contract value of 5(five) crore BDT in a single contract over a period of last 03 (three) years with completion/performance certificate (mentioning the contract Value).2. The minimum specific experience in similar printing, packaging and supply of Similar good and Related Services with minimum total contract value of 7(seven) Crore BDT in not more than three contracts over a period of last 03 (three) years with completion/performance certificate(s).Financial capabilitiesThe minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or Bank credit facilities of the Tenderer:1. Must have at least 5(five) Crore BDT to accompanied by authoritative documents to carry out the project.2. The Minimum Yearly average turnover of the firm shall be at least 01(one) Crore BDT for last 3(three) years supported by audit reports done by a recognized registered Audit firm.
