Professional Services, Printing and Binding Services Printing and Supply of Renewal Notices and Parking Permits and the Variable Printing, Sealing of Renewal Notices and Par the Purpose of This Rfi is to Provide Information to the City of Toronto with Respect to on Street Parking Permit Program. the Permit Parking Program, is Supported by an In-House Computer System Application, which is Known As the On-Street Permit Parking Application (Osppa). This System, However, Does Not Currently Facilitate the On-Line Renewal of Parking Permits. that Is, Applicants Cannot Print out Their Own Permits. As a Result, the City is Required to Maintain a Sticker/Paper-Based, Efficient and Speedimailer System to Deliver Parking Permits And/Or Renewal Notices. on April 4, 2017, Toronto and East York Community Council Directed Transportation Services Staff to Investigate the Feasibility of Expanding the Permit Parking Program for All Residential Streets Within the Toronto and East York District that Currently do Not have Permit Parking. on January 29, 2020, the Toronto City Council Approved the Expansion of the Permit Parking Program in Wards 4, 9 and 14. the Implementation Process will be Phased in Within the Next 2 Years and Should Increase the Supply of Permits and Renewal Notices. It is Difficult at This Time, to Estimate How Many Permits May be Purchased with This Initiative However, It is Anticipated that there will be Growth in Permit Ownership. This Rfi Seeks to Solicit the Marketplace for Alternate Companies that May Now be Available in the Marketplace to Provide Similar Products and Technology. This Rfi Process is Governed by the Terms and Conditions in Appendix A. Participation in the Rfi Process in No Way Precludes Any Firm from Participating in the Request for Proposal (Rfi) Process for the Resultant Issued Rfi, nor is It a Prequalification Process. It is Not the City\`S Intent to Pre-Qualify Any Respondents As Part of This Rfi Process.
