Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Preventive Maintenance and Compliance Management of Portable Fire Extinguishers. Fire Blanket and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for Q-Chem Operated Facilities for 3 Years Period.

Tender Bond: QAR 45500/-.

Brief scope;
Contractor shall carry out all the periodic required compliance testing, maintenance and repairs of all portable fire extinguishers, fire blanket and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) located in all Q-Chem operated facilities.

Tender Documents for the above description can be obtained as follows.

• For each tender pay a non-refundable document fee (cash only) of Qr. 1000/- Payable to Q-Chem, Bank Account (Contracts Services - Tender) - Account Number # 001-242007-003 with HSBC Bank) and submit the original receipt with an Authorization letter on Tenderer Company Letterhead with ID copy of the Tenderer representative. In the Authorization Letter Tenderer shall nominate a single focal point with contact mobile number, office number, fax number and email ID for the communications related to this tender for collection of documents as below.

• Date and Time of Tender Documents Issuance From Q2nd September, 2018 to 06th September, 2018 Between 8;Q0am and 12:00 noon

• Location: Al Dafna, Omar Al Mukhtar St, Amwal Tower, Building #58, Zone # 61, First Floor, Receptionist.

• Tender should be valid for 240 days from the tender closing date.

• Tender must be accompanied by a Provisional Bank Guarantee (Tender bond) issued by one of the Qatari Banks or by a Bank operating in Qatar and should be valid for 240 days from the tender closing date.
