PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE OF 108 OTIS 513 NPE BRAND ESCALATORS AND 16 KONE, THYSSEN, OTIS BRAND MOVING WALKWAYS The purpose of this consultation is the preventive and corrective maintenance of branded escalators. OTIS 513 NPE and 16 moving walks (OTIS, KONE, THYSSEN) in service on the RATP network. The Holder undertakes to carry out the monitoring, maintenance, maintenance, troubleshooting and regular operation of the devices in accordance with the safety requirements in this area. It provides all the services necessary to carry out its main mission of equipment maintenance, namely: -Preventive and corrective maintenance -The supply and replacement of parts -Maintaining regulatory compliance; -Reporting and technical monitoring; The quality of services determines the modulation of remuneration based on the assessment of results. RATP allows itself the possibility of internalizing the maintenance of part or all of the moving walkways over the duration of the contract. This consultation will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of 24 firm months, tacitly renewable once (1) per period of 24 months, i.e. one maximum duration of 48 months (24 months + 24 months), from the date of the first Delivery or Service Order (OLS) issued by RATP.
