THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. PURSUANT TO REVOLUTIONARY FAR OVERHAUL (RFO) 5.101(a), THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT-S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE 8(a) AWARD TO CLVG Consulting, Inc. FOR Graphic Design Support Services
The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Executive Services Directorate (ESD) Graphics & Presentations Division intends to perform a sole source 8(a) award to CLVG Consulting, Inc., for Graphic Design Support Services. The Graphics & Presentations Division requires non-personal services supporting the full lifecycle of exhibits, including research, limited design support, fabrication, printing, delivery, installation, de-installation, relocation, removal, storage, and quality inspection within the Pentagon. The estimated value of the contract is $3, 000, 000.00.
The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 under the procedures of RFO 19.108-7(d)(1) as these services were determined to not be available on Small Business Administration (SBA) approved government-wide contracts.
This presolicitation notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
