"Preparing food according to diets for patients and providing tonic drinks for the needs of "UMBAL Dr. Georgi Stranski EAD - Pleven". Procedure under the Public Procurement Act for the preparation of diet food. Diets are prepared according to "Compendium recipes for diet meals for public catering establishments and health-prophylactic establishments" - ed. 1984 - Dr. Helza Boeva, Dr. Domna Hubanova, Dr. Lyubomir Petrov and Yarmila Dzambazova and delivery of tonic drinks free of charge to the food unit of The contracting authority. The quality of the food must comply with the BDS operating in the country or equivalently, and "Collection of recipes for diet meals for public catering establishments and medical and preventive establishments" from 1984 of the Ministry of Health. The quantity, quality and the caloric content of the meals should comply with the requirements for rational and dietary nutrition, according to the numerical system of the respective diet.
